BPSC Protest: Chirag Paswan Slams Bihar Government and BPSC Over Exam Irregularities

Union Minister Criticizes BPSC for Examination Mismanagement, Calls for Re-Examination

Union Minister Chirag Paswan has once again criticized the Bihar government and the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) over alleged mismanagement in the 70th BPSC examination. Addressing the media on Wednesday, Paswan highlighted serious lapses in the examination process, stating that the system had failed the students. He revealed that question papers were not available at certain centers, while on social media, the papers were reportedly being circulated during the exam.

Paswan urged the Bihar government and BPSC to listen to the students' grievances and take immediate corrective measures. He questioned why re-examinations were conducted only for a single center when multiple centers reported similar issues. Supporting students' demands, he called for a complete re-examination to ensure fairness.

Warning BPSC against ignoring the matter, Paswan emphasized the need for open dialogue with students and a transparent investigation. He reiterated his commitment to raising this issue on various platforms until justice is served.

Additionally, Paswan expressed concern over the stampede that occurred during the Mouni Amavasya gathering at the Mahakumbh, stating that Prime Minister Narendra Modi was personally monitoring the situation. He urged all political parties to avoid politicizing the tragedy and focus on assisting the victims.

Chirag Paswan’s stance on the BPSC controversy has once again placed pressure on the Bihar government. As student protests continue, it remains to be seen how the administration will respond to the growing demand for a fair examination process.
